This is a dog dream come true! Our pooch was happy running free through meadows and trails. Loved staying in our cabin. Kick back, relax and watch your dog in their element!

The dining pavilion is a highlight – a central place for campers to cook and socialize. After a full day of swimming and hiking, firing up the grill and unwinding with the others while the pups frolicked on the grass was a great way to unwind.

One of the best ‘getaway’ experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment you step out of your vehicle, you can feel it. A calm, a warmth, comes over you. The other guests greet you (usually k-9’s first), as if you were old friends.

A dog’s dream vacation (and ours too)! The trails are well kept and there are so many wonderful places for the dogs to play. We had so much fun watching the dogs race through the woods, through trails, into and out of the water.

I consider this place heaven on earth for dogs and their people. I do what I love, spend time with my dogs, hike, read, drink wine, swim and cook with some awesome people. I will become yearly transplant here from this year forward.

If you always wanted to find somewhere to take your dog on vacation where everyone would have an awesome time– dog included — this is the place to go. There are other dog-friendly vacation spots but your dog still has to be on-leash most of the time. Here, your dog can be a dog, running and playing, splashing in the creek, or just lounging with you under a tree.

One of our favorite places we have ever been to! An amazing, thoughtful, and PERFECT place for dogs and owners. The way the dogs run, roll, jump, splash, and sniff the clean air so carefree, we call it Doggie Disney!

This IS the place to vacation with your dogs!! Imagine your dogs being totally free, off lead, on 120 acres for 3-4 days with nothing to do but run, swim and play. This is heaven on earth for you and your best little friends.

I found this place about 5 years ago when we were looking for a place to vacation with our dogs but not have to have them constantly leashed, crated, and barely tolerated. We were looking for somewhere they could have some fun and freedom of their own, and this is definitely the place for that.

We just finished a stay here, and it was wonderful. I only wish I had found it sooner! The grounds are huge and fenced in, so the dogs can safely be off leash. Don’t miss out on a stay, the pictures do not do justice to the beauty and peacefulness of this place.

This is a pretty magical place to spend some time in the summer, especially if you have a dog. Miles of well-manicured trails dotted with rest stops and water stations. Open meadows, a meandering river and gorgeous wooded trails.

The variety of land on this property is amazing. There are wide open sunny fields, wildflower paths, swampy areas the dogs love to run through, AMAZING hemlock forests, a terrific swimming creek and moss covered walkways. It is absolutely beautiful.

Our stay here was absolutely magnificent. The word “Emerald” really expresses how green and lush the expanses are. We were always looking for a vacation where our dog could explore and swim. And we finally found it! We will be back here soon!

We had an amazing stay this long weekend. Loved all the hiking, grilling, playing in the creek, campfire and new friends. So glad we found this place and already looking forward to our next visit.

First timers…but won’t be our last. Never saw our dogs so happy, energetic and active. Beautiful magical place. We had so much fun too. See you next year.

Do you have a dog? Your dog wants to come here. And they won’t want to leave once they do. This is a slice of Heaven you didn’t know existed. There are beautiful trails, sunny fields, and a gorgeous creek to play in, all off leash. Come! You won’t be disappointed.

There is something for everyone here from the most lazy (the zero-gravity chairs in the screened in porch are a piece of heaven) to the most energetic (running, catching Frisbees, swimming, hiking).
